My Shipment is Lost


If your package gets lost/undelivered please check out the tracking reference that was sent in the email once the order dispatched. If you are unable to track the item on the Royal Mail tracking page, check out your local postal service website and enter the same tracking number - local sited are usually much more detailed.

All of our shipments are insured in the case of loss, so there is no need to worry. If you are unable to locate your package and your local carrier has confirmed they can’t either, please get in touch with us and we will file a lost package claim for you and ultimately send out a replacement or refund your purchase.
